A third-generation preacher, Pastor Vaughn stepped into fulltime ministry vocation after 10 years of working for Merrill Lynch. After planting a church in Northwest Jacksonville, FL and successfully completing his pastoral residency, Pastor Vaughn began to pursue his degree in Biblical Studies at TBC, while pastoring the new church plant. In 2017, Pastor Vaughn was asked to join the Student Life team at TBC as Dean of Men, later transitioning into the role of Dean of Student Affairs, Spring of 2022. In addition to serving as Dean, Pastor Vaughn serves on the Pastoral staff at Trinity Ministries as Student Pastor of the Oakleaf campus.

Pastor Vaughn enjoys traveling with his two loves. He and his wife Angela have been married since 2002. They are the proud parents of Teighlor. Pastor Vaughn is a veteran of the United States Navy. He is also an avid sports fan and enjoys celebrating his hometown Jacksonville Jaguars.

Trey Warren spent over six years in student ministry, leading over 200 students. Trey not only has a passion for youth, but a connection to those seeking purpose and calling in their life. Growing up, Trey was a Pastor’s kid who attended church three times a week, but struggled to put his faith in Jesus. At age 15 while at youth camp, Trey surrendered his life to Christ, witnessed incredible transformation and spent the next couple of years wrestling with his calling and purpose. One semester into playing college basketball, he felt God’s call to ministry on his life. He has built an incredible connection to young adults and continues to encourage them and equip them through speaking and leading. Trey moved from Jacksonville, FL with his young family and is now the Lead Pastor at Harvest Florida, Harmony Saint Cloud.
